How to Reserve the Gallery
1. Phone (330) 438-0030 to check availability
2. Download, print, and return the
Facility Rental Agreement. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ENTIRETY. SIGNING IT BINDS YOU TO THE DIRECTIVES CONTAINED WITHIN.
3. Send in your deposit of $200 (which will be refunded, should no damages occur during your event). This amount is NOT included in the rental charge. They are two separate fees.
That's it! Once we receive your rental agreement and deposit, we will hold your date!

10 - 60" round tables (8 top)
8 - 24" high-top tables
8 - 72" x 30" rectangular, folding tables
3 - 60" x 30" wooden, rectangular tables
Napkins, flatware, glasses, plate ware and tabletop decorations must be provided by the caterer of your event or by other means. No lit candles are permitted in the Gallery. Unlit or electronic candles may be substituted.
The acoustics in the Joseph Saxton Gallery are phenomenal, hence, we advise against amplified music.
Use reputable caterers and event planners.
If you plan to serve alcohol, please inquire about our liquor license.

Both of these spaces are included in our hourly rental fee, with a MAXIMUM CAPACITY of 250 GUESTS.
